The 2-30dtm is a smaller version of the 2-45dtm and is the third ride-on shot blasting unit developed by blastrac.
With all the new technologies available and the customer feedback we received, we decided to make a new and improved version of the the bmr-85d, with a better design and more possibilities.

The blastrac 2-45dtm shot blaster is the workhorse of the Horizontal blast cleaning machine equipment line.
The 2-45dtm is completely self-contained and is ideal for surface preparation specialists, doing jobs with limited downtime allowed.

Cabin
Work functions are carried out by the machine operator working from an enclosed cabin from where he is able to control all the important processes, with one user friendly touch screen. the cabin is air conditioned and heated. Onboard dust collection system
The 2-30dtm has an effective and very powerful on-board dust collection system. a 9-filter dust collector in combination with a pre-separator ensures a long operating time without clogging of the filters, even when preparing
Surfaces
With materials that generate a lot of dust. Together with the big bag system, which collects airborne particles and contaminants such as paint, surface residues and debris, it is a guaranteed solution for dust free, safe and highly efficient operation.
Engine & Hydraulics
The 2-30dtm has a side shift, to enable the machine to operate in close proximity to an edge on either side of the machine.The 2-30dtm is powered by an diesel engine, and is equipped with the most modern hydraulic and electronic technologies.
Easy Transportation
Like the 2-45dtm, the 2-30dtm is a regular truck which can legally drive on roads and highways when the shot blasting attachment is dismounted and put in the back of the truck. This means there is no hassle when it comes to transportation from project to project!
